This year it is my husband and I’s job to host Thanksgiving.
I am kind of nervous to host Thanksgiving. I do like to host little events. However I have not hosted a big family dinner. I feel like the pressure is on to host a family dinner. I will have to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect. I also have to make sure that I can quickly get in an HVAC system tune-up. I would hate for all these people to be in my apartment and to not have heating or cooling to please them. Having people over is an honor. However you have to make sure that the air quality in your home is perfect. You do not want anybody to be uncomfortable in your own home. So I have to call the HVAC company tomorrow to make sure that they can come over next week just before Thanksgiving to give my HVAC system a tune-up. I am hoping that they are not too booked. It completely slipped my mind until this morning. Having good air quality in my home is very important to me. So I am really hoping that they will have an appointment to come check my HVAC system. I am also hoping that other people do not have the same idea that I have right now. With all of the cooking I’m going to be doing I’m sure that my house will be warm enough. However if my house does get too hot with the stove and the oven being on and want to make sure that my cooling system will work as well. It doesn’t always make sense to run the cooling system during the winter however I am going to need it in case my house gets too hot. I would not have to want to open Windows or doors.
