I work as a serviceman for a local MRI/X Ray clinic, when I graduated from school I was excited to find a task so hastily.
The location, pay, hours were perfect for me.
I have worked there for almost six years so I was surprised last monthwhen my great friend and I got notice that he locale would be closing in two weeks, however now, a week has passed plus my great friend and I have done nothing but field calls from patients who are exasperated about having to find a modern locale for their testing. I could understand the closing if it had to do with lack of customers, but, my great friend and I have so more than 2 that my great friend and I were scheduling a month out for most routine appointments. The reason that the locale is closing is because of the building! The owners don’t want to invest any money into the upkeep plus never have. Now, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system needs to be upgraded plus the colse is in the thousands. If they had just spent the money on an annual basis, had the system tuned up, plus done general service, it particularly would still be laboring fine. I know that each time my boss called the owners about have the system checked they just blew it off plus said that it was fine. When you have a locale with as much electrical device as my great friend and I do, air conditioner is super crucial. The machines produce a ton of heat plus if not kept in a cool environment, it can cause detriment to those as well. Our corporation can’t afford a building of its own so my great friend and I have no choice but to close. I am still looking for another task plus hope one comes up soon.
