There are multiple things in life where you simply must plan ahead in order for everything to go well.
These things range from studying for a test in school, planning a work, or planning a life change event such as a baby shower or anniversary.
My brother has always been a spur-of-the-moment guy & it has cost his dearly & some cases. Although the cost is not always monetary, sporadically it’s just a matter of wasting a lot of time trying to service something that wasn’t planned for officially! However his latest things that he put off cost both time & a lot of currency. She owns his own home & lives by herself, so my Mom is always over there trying to make sure that everything is running officially. He has even decided that is better for him to just take care of the grass & to always nag his to do it. As winter season was approaching, he kept reminding his that he needed to make an appointment to have the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier come out & service his system. She would just say he would get around to it, however never did. When he called his Mom & a panic one morning, he wasn’t surprised to hear that his heat wouldn’t turn on. It was the first real chilly morning of the season & he had never bothered to have his system tune-up or even check to see if it works prior to that morning. I suppose he just assumed that it would be good however learned the hard way however it was not, however now, Not only was he cold cold, although he would have to spend money extra for an emergency service on his Heating & Air Conditioning system. My own Heating & Air Conditioning system is tuned up twice a year on a official basis & I even have a service agreement with my Heating & Air Conditioning dealer. I don’t want to repeat his mistakes.
